Journalism

Katrina writes on wine and food for a wide range of publications these include: consumer titles, academic journals, guide books, business to business and trade magazines. She has used her specialist knowledge of food and wine, literature studies and interest in travel and culture to create a unique writing style.

Very few wine writers can convincingly link Rabelais and the grape variety Romorantin, but Katrina has the breadth as well as the depth of knowledge to do it. She has a Gargantuan appetite for literature, food, wine, and the world around her. She’s also one of the few who not only does the writer’s leg work, but also the back-breaking, finger-staining, nerve-wracking work of harvest.
