Biography
Katrina grew up in Yorkshire where she trained to be a chef. She went on to work in restaurants in London and Paris; while in France she became interested in wine and started visiting the wine regions. When she returned to London she worked as Tastings Co-ordinator for Wine Magazine. After three years, and many, many wine tastings, Katrina left to pursue a freelance career.
She now writes for several different magazines, works with major marketing companies and delivers talks and wine presentations to clubs and organisations.
Katrina completed a BA Hons in English Literature at Birkbeck College, University of London in 2007. Her interests include: travelling and long-distance walking, plants and gardens, play writing and theatre.
